Join us on a journey to improve health through better food choices or/and increased activity. Whether you’re focusing on nutrition or movement, this program is all about positive progress and fun!

Program Highlights:

  • Healthy Habits: Emphasize incorporating healthy fats and vegetables into your diet.

  • Simple and Achievable: Accessible tasks and easy-to-make recipes ensure everyone can participate.

  • Keep It Simple: A five-week program designed for participation, not competition. Celebrate progress, positivity, and good vibes!

  • Timing: Launching the first week of April and wrapping up in May—perfectly timed with CF Awareness Month and Great Strides.

Ideas for Your Challenge:

  • Walk/Run a Mile Program: Work with Kerri, a certified running coach, to train for a one-mile run in just five weeks—ideal for sedentary adults with CF.

  • Fitness Resources: Explore wellness classes, CF Yoga, Taekwondo, and more through our website. Your challenge, your choice!

  • Recipe Sharing: Discover affordable, healthy and easy-to-make recipes:

    • Contributions from the CF Team, input from Cat and of course your favorite recipes.
